Starfall Vanguard (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is published by Sofmon B.V., trading as Stay Cove Studio. This policy explains how the app handles information. In short: the app collects no personal data.

1. No data collection

Starfall Vanguard does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no login, and no registration.

2. No network, no analytics, no ads, no third parties

The app does not make network requests. It contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs) or trackers. No information about you or your device is sent anywhere.

3. On-device storage only

The app saves gameplay data — such as your high-score table, your earned in-game credits, your ship parts and your stage progress — locally on your device using your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is removed if you delete the app or clear the app's data.

4. In-game currency

The in-game credits in Starfall Vanguard are earned by playing. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased. The app contains no in-app purchases.

5. Children's privacy

Because the app collects no data, it collects no data from children. The app is a general-audience game.

6. Permissions

The app does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or other personal information. On mobile it may use your device's vibration (haptics) for gameplay feedback, which involves no data about you.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
